Coalition Organizes Cross-Movement Commemorative Photo Collage for 77th Anniversary of Taiwan’s 228 Massacre

On March 7th, 2024, the Coalition of Students Resisting CCP released a cross-movement commemorative collage for the 77th anniversary of Taiwan’s 228 Massacre.
The project featured a diverse demographic of people across different movements working collectively to ensure the victims of the massacre are not forgotten and to acknowledge the struggles in Taiwan’s history that contributed to its vibrant democracy today. In addition to honoring the victims of the tragic massacre, the collage also serves as a reminder that, despite Taiwan’s democratic transition, injustices persist around the world.
The collage is one of the Coalition’s #Remembering228 initiatives to commemorate the 228 Massacre.
